An unidentified man was lynched in Kano, Nigeria on Friday following suspicions he belonged to the deadly Boko Haram sect. According to reports, the attacking youths said the man arrived at the area with what looked like an explosive material and a gun.
He was subsequently spotted by a group of youths who chased him from Karkasara down to the Central Mosque where he was rounded up and eventually stoned to death shortly before the commencement of Friday prayers.
