After engaging in a shootout with robbers and wounding them in the process, how do you make sure they are really dead? Err, the answer is quite simple... you shoot them again... or so, according to these cops in the video.
They actually thought the robber had died but noticed he was still breathing... Instead of taking him off to a health centre for treatment, he was brutally shot again to silence him once and for all, and save taxpayers money in the process.
Was this action by the police justified or should they be tried and jailed for this unnecessary act???
